Troubleshooting
One of the first places you can have a look when there are any issues, is the Intune Management Extension Logfile at:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs\
IntuneManagementExtension.log
Log files can be formatted using the CMTrace.exe tool.
The Intune Management Extension stores some info in the registry at the following locations.
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Apps\
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Win32Apps\
Windows Event Log
Windows Logs>Application
Applications and Services Logs> Microsoft> Windows>
DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics-Provider
